  Jerry Ambris Executive Director

Jerry, born and raised in Woodburn, graduated from Western Oregon University with degrees in Communications and Spanish. During his four years as the Housing and Community Development Manager at Farmworker Housing Development Corp. (FHDC), he led to the development of 128 new and rehabilitated affordable housing units in Marion and Polk Counties. His vast knowledge and experience in managing construction budgets, coordination and planning of fundraising are invaluable to NWV Habitat.
 
Katy Zilverberg Resource Development Director

With degrees in Sociology and Nonprofit Management along with her experience in leadership and program development, Katy tackles her position as Development Director with passion. Katy’s work ranges from marketing development to fostering donor relationships, grant writing, event planning, social media management, and anything else that gets thrown her way.
 
Steve Braman Business Manager

Steve served 27 years in the United States Air Force working overseas in England, Norway and Saudia Arabia where he flew F-111 aircraft and managed multi-million dollar budgets. As Business Manager at NWV Habitat, Steve handles the many Habitat home mortgages and oversees the day-to-day financial needs of the organization.
 
Connie Farrier ReStore Manager

Connie holds a degree in Management and uses her extensive experience in quality assurance and 
merchandising to run a successful retail operation that contributes to funding the mission of NWV Habitat. In its first year, the ReStore saw a net profit of over $42,000 due largely to Connie’s management and marketing skills.

 
Tom Mason Construction Manager

Tom volunteered with NWV Habitat for three years before joining the team in 2010 as Construction Manager. He spent five years as a general contractor after retiring from a 30-year career in special education. Tom’s role as Construction Manager enables our partner families to work side by side with volunteers while staying focused on the project at hand.
   
Meghan O'Callaghan Volunteer & Family Specialist

Meghan became involved with Habitat in 2004, serving as an AmeriCorps member in California. Since then she has participated in several builds across the country and has traveled to Costa Rica as a volunteer translator to help develop the Latin America Financial Literacy Program. Meghan coordinates the volunteers, participates in family selection and provides support to our partner families.

We are located at 225 Franklin Street in beautiful Mt. Angel, Oregon, just 45 minutes southeast of Portland and 30 minutes northeast of Salem.

Our office is located inside the North Willamette Valley Habitat for Humanity ReStore. We are available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. Please note the ReStore is open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm.
