2020 Beer Passport Fundraiser Cancelled

April 10, 2020--With each passing day, local businesses are changing the way they do business to keep afloat during the COVID-19 pandemic.  With the uncertainty of what this summer will look like for the locations that support our House that Beer Built Passport, North Willamette Valley Habitat for Humanity has made the hard decision to cancel the 2020 passport.

The success of the businesses that we partner with is important to our affiliate, so even though we’re cancelling the passport this summer, we still plan to highlight the businesses that have supported this fundraiser in the past and also highlight those that had hoped to make their debut on our 2020 passport.

Please be sure to follow the House that Beer Built Facebook https://www.facebook.com/housethatbeerbuiltpassport/  and Instagram https://www.instagram.com/nwv_beerpassport/  pages to see which businesses are open during the pandemic and how you can support them. Many locations have different hours and are finding creative ways to serve the community. When you support one of these businesses, please share a selfie with your beer/meal and use the following hashtags: #housethatbeerbuilt, #nwvhabitat and #nwvpassport. For the businesses that have closed completely during this time, we will help spread the news when they reopen.

We’re exploring new ways to partner with these businesses and different ways that our passport customers can continue to support NWV Habitat and our mission of providing affordable housing to local families in need. More to come as those plans unfold.

We look forward to our 2021 House that Beer Built Passport! In the meantime, please join us in continuing to support the businesses that make this fundraiser possible.
