New ReStore program with curbside pickup

April 9, 2020--Our ReStores remain closed to the public until further notice. However, if you need supplies for an essential home repair, let us know and we can check to see if we have what you need. If we do, we'll arrange payment (over the phone) and schedule a curbside pickup in accordance with social/physical distancing orders.

We plan to offer the curbside pickup service on Thursdays between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. We will schedule customers in 20-minute intervals. You must be able to load your own items, as we will not be able to help you. Payments will be made over the phone by credit card only, prior to pickup. All sales will be final.

Please include your phone number (so that we can call you back) and a description of what you need. We will do our best to find it in our two ReStores. We will also need a description of the vehicle you plan to use to pick up the item.

We will reply to your emails during regular business hours. We would like to get all research, communications and payments done by Tuesday of every week. Even though we were closed on Mondays before Covid-19, we will be here Mondays working on your requests.
