Eligibility at a Glance
Before applying, please review the basic requirements for NWV Habitat’s Homeownership Program.
Basic Requirements:
✓ Live or work in our service area for at least one year
✓ Have a need for safe, affordable housing
✓ Meet income guidelines based on household size
✓ Qualify for an affordable mortgage
✓ Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident
✓ Partner with NWV Habitat through homeowner education, volunteer hours, and program participation
