Introducing The House That Women Built
with North Willamette Valley Habitat for Humanity
Our goal is to provide simple, quality, affordable homes to qualified low-income individuals and families.
We are currently accepting applications for single story homes in Silverton. Each home is part of a zero lot line duplex and is approximately 800 square feet, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Application deadline has been extended to March 13, 2026 at 4pm.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen or legal resident
Must live or work in our service area for at least 1 year
Currently living in unsafe, overcrowded, and/or unaffordable housing
Ability to qualify for an affordable mortgage based on income and credit score (minimum 2 years income in same job or field)
Willingness to partner with us and contribute “sweat equity” hours
Annual household income does not exceed 80% of the area median income
